• Learn how proper pumping can enhance your speed and flow on the trails too with specific lessons in maintaining and generating speed, cornering, and manual front wheel lifts

• The art of pumping is dynamic, powerful, and fun. If done properly, pumping helps a rider gain momentum without pedaling, which increases flow and efficiency on any bike.

• Hosted either at The Bike Ranch in Bellingham, WA - Aka: Progression Paradise: A covered track that is outdoors but out of the elements. The dirt is always perfect at The Bike Ranch OR if weather allows, at the site of the races - The Waypoint (waterfront) Pumptrack. Location meeting details will be sent upon registration
