Sturdy Dirty Roll-downs and Drops Class - Sunday, June 2nd, 3pm - 6:30pm

$165.00

Roll-downs are riding small drop-offs or ledges that can be rolled down without lifting the front wheel into the air (drops), which help riders tackle steeper and more technical terrain

  • In your race run you will encounter both rolldowns and drops so this class will help you understand the difference, how to use each skill to your advantage, and how to safely execute them on varying terrain

  • Students will leave this class with a deeper understanding of how to smooth out technical trails, safely approach steeper sections of trail, and intentionally get their wheels off the ground for catching air (and landing properly) at higher race-speeds.

  • Jumping and dropping are skills that require the wheels to leave the ground (or lip, take-off, drop, ledge, kicker, etc) which shouldn’t be taken lightly. As riders get faster, the need and desire to leave the ground often grows. Honing your approach with intention, precision and predictability can be just the secret sauce your riding needs to fuel progress on jumps and drops.

  • This class is hosted on the trails at Galbraith Mountain in Bellingham, WA

  • $165
